July Free Tea Recipe

Coconut Coriander Cooling Summer Drink

In peak summer, deeper cooling and hydration are essential. 


Tea Recipe 

1 cup warm water 

½ tsp coriander powder 

1 tbsp coconut flakes

pinch cardamom 


Steep and strain 


Benefits of the Herbs and Spices 

Coconut is deeply hydrating and cooling. It helps replenish fluids and supports the skin. Coriander helps detoxify the body and reduce internal heat. It is often used to support liver health. Cardamom supports digestion and prevents heaviness from richer foods. 


Dosha Benefits 

This drink is excellent for Pitta, helping cool the body and reduce inflammation. It may increase Kapha if taken in excess due to its nourishing quality. For Vata, it is balancing when served warm or room temperature.
