These sessions are ideal if you:

• Are working around past injuries
• Feel unsure about starting in a group
• Want a customized plan for your goals
• Appreciate privacy and focused instruction

There is no pressure to perform and no expectation to “keep up.” Each session is thoughtful, practical, and designed to support long-term strength and steady progress.
