Ayurveda recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and well-being.  Through individualized consultations, I help you understand your unique constitution, identify current imbalances, and create practical, sustainable strategies that support your body's natural ability to heal and thrive.

Together, we explore the factors that influence your health like diet, daily routines, stress, sleep, movement, and life circumstances and develop recommendations that fit your lifestyle and goals.​

  • Constitutional (dosha) assessment

  • Dietary and lifestyle recommendations

  • Daily routine (dinacharya) guidance

  • Yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices

About Me 

My journey into yoga and holistic health didn't begin with a plan to become a teacher. Like many people, I was simply looking for ways to feel better, move better, and improve my overall well-being.

That search led me first to belly dance, then to Ayurveda, and eventually to yoga. What started as curiosity became a lifelong study of practices that helped me build strength, improve resilience, manage stress, and create healthier habits. I discovered that wellness doesn't have to be complicated or extreme. Often, the most meaningful changes come from simple, consistent practices.

Living and teaching in East Texas has reinforced the importance of community, family, and treating people with respect. Those values shape everything I do.

 

I work with adults who are curious about improving their health, interested in natural approaches to wellness, and looking for practical tools they can actually use in everyday life. Many are searching for movement that supports long-term health, education that helps them make informed choices, and a welcoming community where they can learn without pressure or judgment.

 

My goal is simple: to provide a place where people can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace while building habits that support lasting health and well-being.

Well it was perfect! So much valuable information, I loved it all.It was diverse and interesting…bringing in meals and being able to get outside was a nice way to break up the day.  Learning about the healthy lifestyle of Ayervedic foods and subdoshas was just so interesting.
