I'm Sandra
My path into yoga and holistic health began the same way it begins for many people - I simply wanted to feel better.
Over time, that search led me to belly dance, holistic yoga, and eventually to the principles of Ayurveda.. not as passing trends, but as practical tools that genuinely improve strength, energy, balance, and resilience.
Living and teaching in East Texas means community, family and respect matter. My work is grounded in these values.
I teach adults who are:
