Service Description

Welcome to your introduction to yoga! For 30 days, we will meet twice a week to help you develop a safe and fulfilling personal yoga practice. Our focus will be on learning some basic poses, how to move with them confidently, and gaining an understanding of yoga itself. Course Goals By the end of the month, you will be able to: - Perform basic yoga postures with correct alignment. - Understand and practice foundational breathing techniques (Pranayama). - Confidently attend any general "all-levels" yoga class. - Develop a deeper sense of body awareness and mindfulness. What to Bring/Wear: A Yoga Mat: Essential for grip and cushioning (but we have extras). Comfortable Clothing: Wear layers and clothes you can move freely in. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated.
