Service Description

Designed as a no stress, multi-level class with lots of modifications, it is appropriate for most folks and a wonderful way to begin to learn yoga The class moves slowly with lots of instruction to make it easy to follow. We do lots of stretches and then a bit of flow before we wind down for a deep relaxation.
