Service Description

This 4-week yoga course is designed to gently and progressively increase flexibility throughout the entire body while building body awareness and ease of movement. Meeting twice per week over a 30-day period, each class focuses on releasing tension from major muscle groups—hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders, and neck—while supporting joint health and balanced mobility. Classes move at a steady, accessible pace with longer-held stretches, mindful transitions, and simple breathwork to help the body safely open over time. Rather than pushing into extreme poses, this course emphasizes consistency, nervous system regulation, and intelligent alignment so flexibility develops naturally and sustainably. WEEK 1: FOUNDATIONS & LOWER BODY Focus: Hips, hamstrings, calves, and spinal mobility Goal: Create safe practices, increase circulation, and increase flexibility WEEK 2: SHOULDERS, CHEST & UPPER BODY Focus: Releasing tension from poor posture and daily stress Goal: Improve posture and shoulder mobility WEEK 3: FULL BODY INTEGRATION Focus: Connecting upper and lower body flexibility Goal: Develop smooth, coordinated movement WEEK 4: RESTORATIVE FLEXIBILITY Focus: Longer holds, nervous system relaxation Goal: Lock in flexibility gains and reduce tension long-term Who is this for? This series is ideal for beginners, tight bodies, athletes seeking recovery, or anyone who feels stiff, restricted, or sore from daily life. By the end of the four weeks, students can expect to feel more spacious in their bodies, move with greater ease, and carry a sense of relaxation and mobility off the mat and into everyday life.
