Everyday life holds lots of things that can potentially cause us discomfort. When we experience toxin creators a few at a time, our system can process them without issue. Unfortunately, life tends to throw a lot at us at one time.


While it is most often thought of as the culprit, our body isn't just overloaded by our dietary intake. Sensory input and social interactions add to our stress levels, which reduce our ability to keep squeaky clean. When we get behind, our system gets clogged with gunk.

Why do we need it?

The Reset's 3 Point Focus

Routine

We are going to help our bodies push the toxins out of our body with abhyangha and epsom salt baths.  In addition, we'll be adding some triphala to the daily routine. Finally, we'll be drinking lots of filtered water and warm herbal teas.

 

Diet

We are adding in whole, easy to digest foods made with quality ingredients. These meals are simple, easy to cook, and filling. I've also included snack recipes in case your huger gets the best of you.

Ritual

Daily yoga - soothing movement, breath work, and meditation will all be used to calm the nervous system and encourage the body relax.  This will help the body restore itself instead of simply fend off stress.

Nope - you will be eating 3 easy to prepare meals per day.
