With just six simple tasks over thirty days, you’ll soon develop your own daily routine that focuses on basic self-care. You can go it alone, or join in the group communication channels to keep abreast of your fellow lifestyle changers - maybe a little healthy competition (ha!) can help keep you on track.
The entry fee is just $5 and each missed task is a quarter - which is just enough to keep you on track. All the proceeds will go to the charity chosen by the winner, so even if you miss a task or two, you’ll still feel great about it.
